About the position

We deliver the Rusta and Matcha 2 service via the Employment Service in Gävle where we are looking for a supervisor.

In the role of supervisor, you will have overall responsibility for the participants regarding planning, documentation, follow-up, and being a continuous support on their way to work or studies. The tasks also include networking with companies to match participants with suitable employers. To succeed in this position, it is important that you are self-driven, motivated, results-oriented, and flexible. You need to have experience with documentation and similar work.

Previous experience with labor market policy programs and familiarity with FAMS and Grade Matcha (formerly Workbuster) is an advantage.

The position is performed on-site in modern premises in Gävle and is part-time at 50%.

Formal requirements:

You need to have 180 credits and at least 2 years of work experience to apply for the position.
